So today I got a call from the bank, following on my posting to Hellopeter.com yesterday. It's the usual crap, sincere apologies blah, blah, blah. And how they have been struggling with this FICA compliance thing. Anyway, I told her I wasn't impressed, especially with the consultant who can't do maths. Anyway, I will be trying again, and will then close the accounts and move them to A.N. Other bank.

How can they be struggling with FICA if they are in the great position to Freeze accounts? That does not sound right!
