One thing that really gets me going is when perfectly capable people park their cars in spaces reserved for the disabled. And even more so when it's a police car! These fucks will be the first to issue a fine for the offense, but are also usually the one's who commit the offense, drive without using safety belts.... etc, etc, etc!
So, I took two photos, and sent them off to the local rag, who usually print this kind of thing. We will see if I get into print - again.
I'm thinking of finding a way to wheel lock these guys in future, with a release fine of ZAR1000 which can be donated to the nearest charity!
