If you so desperately want to be rid of me, why don't you just fire me, and take your chances in court? I'll probably get 12 months salary, and be on my way! And you will be rid of me!
What about that labor lawyer? I have used one and it makes a big difference. Dont let her treat you like that. You are better than this. She is obviously playing mind games with you!
