my last working day - for this week! Have taken a days leave for tomorrow, as we are flying early down to Richards Bay to spend the weekend with my brother and his family. It was going to be his 40th birthday party - but he subsequently canceled that - and as we had already booked the flights, with no hope of any refund, we decided to go down anyway. Will be nice to get away just with the Princess for a change.
So, today I'm in account planning sessions all day. Great - no manager meeting, no tie, no clients...
Poker (online) has been up and down. I cant seem to make final table in tournaments (although often finish in the top 20 out of 100+ starters), but I have been consistent at winning R100 heads up games which is great. An getting a bit of a reputation though, as I notice when I sit down and wait for a player, some look, no one sits. So I look for someone already sitting at a table, and then join in there. Once committed they cant leave. LOL
LuckyL is starting to spread his options now. Last weekend he visited a (girl) friend for the Sat. afternoon, and then went with her to movies that night. "No, it's not a girlfriend Dad!!"
However, he also inveted her to go with us to the Kruger National Park next weekend!! However, her parents said no, so now he's asked another friend.
GMan still doing what he does best - goes to school, never has homework, always has somewhere to go, something to do, that involves being away from home for a couple of hours.... geeezzz, anyway, he's young and full of life.
