Chaos in Mooi street

The pavement outside this Tyre/ Shocks / Brakepads, Clutch / Towbar replacement / fitment center is usually impassible. Seems like the owner was awarded the tender to maintain the police vehicles because there are always at least 5 - 10 police cars / bakkies parked inside / outside. The worst part is they park wherever they want to!
The bakkie at the back of this queue is parked on the cornes, contraqvening probably 2 or three municipal bylaws (no parking on a yellow line, within 10 meters of an intersection.....)











In front of the blue/green car on the pavement is another police vehicle, or two, as well as further down the pavement. More bylaws being overlooked here.
However, I don't think anyone can do anything about it. the Metro Police, and SAPS are a law unto themselves....
