Just sent off this email.... man am I pissed off!!!!!
Now this is very interesting!!!! I have had ongoing arguments with Vodacom for some time now, and I am sure you will have records on your computer of this.....
I have been begging for access to the internet, and I kept being told I have to pay some r159? bolt on option before I can do this.
But now I found this on your website, and now I am rally p'ed off!!!!!
it is obvious in my ongoing battle with Vodacom that you have absolutely no interest in current / long term clients, but continue to try and impress by "growing " your client base with new clients.
Well, your number is going to drop by one member as soon as I get the information I have requested for number portability. I cannot get over how badly I have been treated over the past few years by Vodacom, and the only reason I have stayed with you has been because I needed to keep my number.
Even if I get the same pathetic service from another provider, it will be a fresh battle for me to face3, and i will still, know that you will never take a cent from me again.
I just wish I had the funds to take you on legally, as I am sure that with the media exposure such a battle would elicit I could do to you the type of economic damage I believe you deserve.
Vodacom is a pathetic excuse for a service provider, and in a similar position overseas in developed countries you would not make it past the first post.
I cannot believe that you have never given me this internet access before, even though I repeatedly requested it, and even though it's free to your clients.
Bunch of bloody morons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Media exposure could be the way to do it...
Get your Nokia's in a row, draw up a nice letter and send it to all the newspapers you can think of, even the local Sandton Chronicle.
Maybe that'll get something started...
And to make matters worse, I saw an article on the gossip pages that they are embarking on a strike! You are so not going to get away their with your number!
