Forza Milan!!!
Contrary to popular belief, Milan are the champions.
In an excellent performance last night they reduced millions of unbelieving Liverpool fans to tears by beating them 2-1 in the final.
Most Livy supporters believed there would be a repeat of the 2005 fiasco where Milan managed to grab defeat from the jaws of victory.... but not so. Man U made the same mistake, and got trashed 3-0.
A friend of mine, I'll call him Harry Bilton, bet me ZAR100, he's an ardent Liverpool fan - he's not taking my calls. AlanD, another friend, told me he does not want to discuss it, (didn't take a bet with him, pity), and one of our Vice Presidents from EMEA took me on for UK20 pounds, well, he's out of pocket. Easy money he said to me yesterday when I took the bet with him. HAHA.
Anyway, well done to Milan.
