I have a collection of ties - yes neck ties (I collect anything!) which I have decided to dispose of. So I'm going to find out what the postal charges are to various part of the world, then I'm going to get one of those pay pal things, open another Blogg (with a link to this one) and see if I can get them sold - it will be on a donation basis - but with the added benefit that the donor will receive, free of charge and with no strings attaches, a used, good condition, second hand tie... probably one he wouldn't be able to get anywhere else, and many of which are really collectors items.
More to follow on this latest fund raising scheme of mine......
Salagatle!

Do you think the only working goverment department is monitoring pay pal? If so that can cause a dent in profit if this "manual" process gets a hold of you!
The postage rates might be quite prohibitive too, although if they were sent surface mail in an envelope it might not be too bad.
I'm an eBay seller and I sell things internationally and sometimes the shipping cost is more than the actual product.
I know a man who put a Paypal button on his blog and above it he put: Donate to the Feed the Waybrights Fund.
I don't know what kind of success he has but one never knows. . .
In this country at almost any shop there are glass jars for people to donate money for various causes. I have no idea who actually gets the money so I never give. I think it would be much more fun to donate to people who have nice blogs.
Hi
I would sell them on bidorbuy,You can place them on the R1 wednessday sale and see what you get per tie
Thanks
