I have lodged a complaint on Hellopeter.com, and now I also submitted a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa.
Let's see how this goes.
Vodacom's standard cut and paste reply appeared on my Hellopeter.com complaint, something about "We are sorry for the inconvenience and it's been passed on to one of our (more than incompetent / not delegated to make decisions / useless / sorry I can't help you) staff to look into."
