What is it with old people that they just have to be difficult? Why is it that when you tell them something, it's goes in and out of their heads in a flash, but when they hear it from someone else, it must be true / important / gospel / factual?
Do they really believe that they have managed to raise complete idiots? That their own kin would lie to them just to make the problem go away? Do they have to play the "sacrificial lamb" to get attention? Is it really so hard to believe that any offer to help is ingenuine?
Or is it just the way time has deteriorated their incompetent, illiterate brains to the point where they think the world is out to take advantage of them?
Hiding little notes as reminders, making remarks to test your reaction, being casually difficult and obstructive! Maybe the red Indians had it right. When you get too old to gather food, look after livestock, or fend for your self, you get sent off into the sunset and that's that! Yup, they had it right!
Now, about that senior citizens tour on the Titanic II, any places left?
Salagatle!

Kia Ora (Hello) from a krazy blogger down under in New Zealand. I can't for the life of me remember if I have passed this way before - getting old(er) memory blockage - just as well it's upstairs and not downstairs (hehe)
Methinks this "Kelvin" is a Bot somewhere...he can't remember visiting your blog a day ago???????
As for the old people, anyone in particular?
